This Belt is made of what I call liquid stainless steel rope which has been knotted four times in the main strand in front.  Then a cascade of Metal circles and balls fall like planets and moons from the end to capture your eye to follow and make you look thinner. This belt is great for all sizes.  It fits small to X-Large.  It even fits 2XL if you undo a knot.  (which is easy to do)
